Robert "Bob" Tanaka (R)
Mr. Tanaka closely supervises the entire operation of Bob Tanaka, Inc. With an extensive background in finance, he obtained his Real Estate license in 1973 and his broker’s license in 1974. He received HUD subsidized multi-family housing certification in 1999.
Kathy Tanaka (R)
Ms. Tanaka started as the company’s secretary in 1977, obtaining her Real Estate sales license in 1980 and her broker’s license in 1988. Ms. Tanaka currently oversees the property management department and serves as executive assistant to the president/principal broker.
Kevin Tanaka (RA)
Mr. Tanaka joined the company in Jan. 1987 and became a licensed Realtor Associate in Jan. 1994. He is certified in HUD subsidized multi-family housing and RD, Section 515 and Elderly Housing and currently handles all property management duties.
Lori Palmer (RA)
Ms. Palmer joined the company in March 1986 as secretary/bookkeeper, earning her Real Estate sales license four months later. She presently handles all property management duties.
