BTI manages approximately 208 conventional rental units, 485 government regulated residential units, as well as retail, commercial and industrial properties.

A dedicated staff of professionals possess a wide variety of skills and experience in handling all aspects of residential and commercial sales and management.

Bob K. Tanaka (R)

President/Principal Broker/GRI/C.O.S.

Mr. Tanaka closely supervises the entire operation of Bob Tanaka, Inc. With an extensive background in finance, he obtained his Real Estate license in 1973 and his broker’s license in 1974. He received HUD subsidized multi-family housing certification in 1999.

Kathy Tanaka (R)

Administrative Assistant/E-pro

Ms. Tanaka started as the company’s secretary in 1977, obtaining her Real Estate sales license in 1980 and her broker’s license in 1988. Ms. Tanaka currently oversees the office personnel and serves as administrative assistant to the president/principal broker.

Lori Palmer (RA)

Account Executive

Ms. Palmer joined the company in March 1986 as secretary/bookkeeper, earning her Real Estate sales license four months later. She presently trains property management duties and also handles all property management duties.

Kevin Tanaka (RA)

Account Executive/C.O.S.

Mr. Tanaka joined the company in Jan. 1987 and became a licensed Realtor Associate in Jan. 1994. He is certified in HUD subsidized multi-family housing and RD, Section 515 and Elderly Housing and currently handles all property management duties.

Alan So

Account Executive

Mr. So joined the company in July 2006 with a Real Estate sales license in 2006. He is certified in HUD subsidized multi-family housing and RD, Section 515 and Elderly Housing. He presently handles the condominium management, trains the subsidized housing staff and handles the conventional property management duties.

Gayle Seigaku

Account Executive

Ms. Seigaku joined the company in June 2014. Ms. Seigaku has held a real estate license since 1986 and has worked in the property management filed for a few years prior to joining our staff. She presently handles the conventional property management duties.

Linda Nakagawa

Housing Assistant

Ms. Nakagawa joined the company in August 2011. She presently assists in processing tenants application and the housing wait list.

Elizabeth Ramos

Assistant Property Manager/COS

Ms. Ramos joined the company in September, 2015. She obtained her Real Estate License in 2016 and presently processes the tenants housing qualifications and property management duties.

Jennifer Minami

Assistant Property Manager/COS

Ms. Minami joined the company in November, 2016. She obtained her Real Estate License in 2016 and presently processes the tenants housing qualifications and property management duties.

Ryo Chow

COS and Property Manager Trainee

Mr. Chow joined the company in March, 2017. He is currently training as a COS and property manager.

Arlene Uechi

Accounting Supervisor

Ms. Uechi joined the company in 2008. She presently oversees all financial aspects of the property management department’s accounting operations. Mrs. Uechi has over 20 years in accounting background.

Patricia Lum

Accounting Clerk

Ms. Lum joined the company in 1998. She assists in the daily bookkeeping and clerical duties.

Raymond Duong

Accounting Clerk

Mr. Duong joined the company in November, 2013. He assists in the daily bookkeeping and clerical duties.
